    Iran’s Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant just outside the port city of Bushehr. If I am not mistaken, went operational on August 21, 2010 after Russia provided the atomic fuel.

    Dome, near a lot of water, so had to be a nuclear reactor plant. A little googling revealed it to be Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant in Iran.
