This American stadium has a very apt name . It also has a very apt nickname . Gimme both .
This is the Mile High Stadium in Denver , named so cos Denver is exactly a mile above sea level . The nickname I was looking for is ‘The Diaphragm’ ( the female contraceptive ie ) , as the shape of the stadium resembles one

This is my first time, so not sure if I should be leaving the asnwer here or elsewhere. I’m guessing the comments are moderated and so my answer won’t be revealed till the day the answerrs are supposed to be. I think this is the Mile High Stadium – the offical name being Invesco Field. While the MHS name is descriptive, I do not find anything interesting about IF. Maybe, I got only one part of the answer correctly.

No, wait a minute. Second thoughts…. The ground has the name Broncos written on it. That means it is Boise state university stadium, Idaho, US of A. And these pics are prior to the turf being changed form green astroturf to bue. Hence giving the stadium its nickname -’The Blue’….
