Daily Question # 244

How  has  she   been  immortalised  in  the  world  of  medicine ?

244

The  lady  in  the  pic  is  L’Inconnue  de  la  Seine ( french  for  ‘the  unknown  woman  of  the  Seine’ ) , who  was  an  unidentified  young  woman  who  drowned  in  the  Seine  in  the  late  1880s . The  face  of  Resusci  Anne / Rescue  Anne / CPR  Annie , the  training  mannequin  used  for  teaching  Cardiopulmonary  Resuscitation ( CPR ) is  based  on  this  lady . And  therefore , hers  is  supposedly  the  “most  kissed  face”  of  all  time [:)].

Cracked  only  by  Sandipan  Chakravarty , Superbrat , Kamal  Rathi  and  Praveen  VR ( via  Facebook ) . Great  work !
