The Lesbian Gay Band Association ( LGBA ) , on the 20th of Jan , bacame the first ever Lesbian , Gay , Bisexual and Transgender ( LGBT ) group to take part in a US presidential inaugural parade .

If so then the answer probably would be that they succeeded in getting same -sex marriage legalized(mostly in Californaia,i guess)
