A-The Nariman House,the headquarters of the chabad-llubavitch sect of jews shown in pic..
B-The Taj of the Tatas
C-Oberoi-Trident ,Mr.P.R.C. Oberoi is in the pic
D-could be Naval commandos or coast gaurds…(One of 1971 operations of navy was called trident..)

The operation was Trident. So the third must be one of the Oberois. The second is Tata -> Taj. Not sure about the first. Something to do with Cama hospital ?

The Connection is the Bombay Terrorist attacks(May the souls RIP)
A is related to Nariman house,which is the Mumbai headquarters of the Chabad, a Hasidic Jewish movement.

B is Ratan Tata owner of the Tata group(No explanations needed there).

C is P.R.S.Oberoi ,who is the owner of Trident ,Oberoi who named the hotel after Operation Trident carried out by the Indian Navy in 1971

D is the logo of the Indian Navy which has been patrolling the coastal waters of the west coast after the terrorist attacks ,since receiving information that the terrorists landed in india from sea The navy was questioning the crew of the MV Alpha, a ship they detained with the help of the coast guard. Authorities suspect the attacks originated from this vessel, which they believe is from Karachi.

D. The motif of the Indian Navy, which famously attacked Karachi Harbour, during the 1971 war. The operation was codenamed Operation Trident.
