Polish film director Krzysztof Kieslowski (A) is famous for his works Three Colours and The Decalogue . The three colours are Blue , White and Red which are the colours in the French national flag (B) . The movies had French titles because the funds for the movies were from France . The Decalogue means Ten Commandments and is a series of 10 short films , each one based on one of the 10 commandments . C shows Charlton Heston as Moses in The Ten Commandments .

The connection eludes me completely. That looks like Morriocone of the Sphagetti Western fame, the french naitonal flag and obviously Moses (ten commandments?)
