The Mazda corporation was thought to have been named after the Zoroastrian deity Ahura Mazda (A) , but the theory which holds better ground is that it is the anglicized pronunciation of Jujiro Matsuda (B) , founder of the company .

The other theory is its a good english version of the founder’s name Matsuda ….
